Most IHSS providers qualify for free or low cost medi-cal or private insurance, espeically live in IHSS providers and all named on their tax returns, if filed to claim 2014-7 exempt IRS notice.
We defend the rights of all providers to sign and join with full awareness, or opt out, remain, or write to resign and stop dues and claim full refund as far back as 6/2014.
